Nikki works with each client to build a program that feels sustainable and realistic for their lifestyle, focusing on strength, mobility, and long-term wellness. Her approach emphasizes consistency over perfection, helping you create healthy habits and a body you feel confident moving in.

Breathwork
Breath is one of the simplest and most powerful tools we have for regulating stress and reconnecting with ourselves. In Nikki’s breathwork sessions, you’ll be guided through intentional breathing practices that help calm the nervous system, clear mental fog, and create more space for presence in your day-to-day life.

Yoga
Movement is about meeting yourself where you are. Her classes weave mindful movement, strength, and stillness to support both body and mind. Whether you’re building strength, increasing flexibility, finding balance, or simply carving out time to slow down, Nikki creates space for you to move with intention.

SOUND HEALING
Through sound healing, Nikki creates a calming space where vibrational frequencies restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Sessions are designed to release stress, deepen relaxation, and encourage natural healing.

Events
Nikki creates custom experiences for both personal and professional gatherings, from company team-building sessions to retreats, bachelorettes, and friend circles. Each event can include both movement and breathwork (or just one!) to leave your group feeling recharged, supported, and more connected.

As a Holistic Personal Trainer, I teach how to live in health from the inside out. Over the past 10 years, I’ve developed a practice that combines breathwork, meditation, sound healing, reiki, and personal training to support the body, mind, and spirit together. Each session is personalized to meet your needs, whether you’re looking to build strength, find more energy, or create a greater sense of balance in your life. My goal is to guide you on a journey that feels grounding and sustainable, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and elevate your overall well-being.
