Personal training is a customized fitness experience designed to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. Working one-on-one with me means you’ll receive tailored workouts, guidance on proper form, and ongoing support to keep you motivated and progressing. Together, we'll train with intention, flow with purpose.
My approach blends strength and stillness. I focus not only on building physical strength, but also on cultivating balance, calm, and confidence in every session. Her goal is to help you feel stronger, both physically and mentally, while creating a practice you genuinely enjoy.
Not at all. I work with clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Every plan is designed around your starting point, so you can feel supported and challenged at the right pace for you.
I offer a variety of personal training plans, which can include one-on-one sessions, and ongoing coaching ranging from one to four times a week. Pricing varies depending on the type of plan and level of support you choose. Since every client’s journey is unique, we can talk through your goals first and then recommend the best plan for you. Results look different for everyone, but clients often experience improved strength, better posture, more energy, and greater confidence in their bodies. Beyond the physical, many also discover a deeper sense of calm and presence through the stillness practices our sessions can incorporate.
Sessions take place at Infinite Training Systems in Costa Mesa and are also available remotely.
